Sydney Timber Floor Specialists are a leading provider of premium quality wood flooring in NSW. With 20 years’ experience, Sydney Timber Floor Specialists wanted to develop their brand further to expand into new markets and launch a new innovative product. They tasked Think Creative Agency with developing a comprehensive brand overhaul encompassing creating a new logo and messaging, positioning, website and go-to-market strategy.

Working closely with Sydney Timber Floor Specialists, the team at Think Creative took a deep dive into the existing business, future goals, current strengths and weaknesses and the extensive competitor landscape. With this knowledge we created a detailed strategy document, a fresh new brand look and feel with key messaging and positioning, built an engaging new website, alongside a complete go-to-market strategy for their refreshed brand and the launch of their new products.

As part of the brand identity, Think Creative created a striking logo reflecting the essence and evolution of their brand. The modern, fresh look was rolled out across Sydney Timber Floor Specialists templates, stationery, social channels and new website. The new custom-built responsive website was designed using WordPress and featured innovative new technology to allow customers to view flooring in their own space. And importantly for the client, the website was built such that they could capably make future edits themselves.
