Hibbs is the pre-eminent provider of specialist risk management services. Their multi-disciplinary team combines scientific rigour with technical excellence to deliver innovative solutions to a broad range of risk management issues. Having grown from humble beginnings under the leadership of founder, Phillip Hibbs, the company’s brand image required a complete refresh to bring it in line with the identity of the evolved business.
As a first step in distilling the key elements of the Hibbs brand personality, Think Creative Agency designed and brand audit starting with a survey that was completed by their key executives along with other research to uncover valuable insights and areas for improvement. Based on our analysis of the results, we developed a full brand strategy including a fine-tuning of their name, a new positioning, updated brand personality and clearly defined brand values which resulted in a major overhaul of their logo design and corporate palette.
This contemporary, new look was then rolled out across all of Hibbs communications requirements including a new website and corporate brochure, business unit collateral and stationery suite along with new case study and report templates.
Think Creative Agency edited and re-wrote all copy to ensure technical accuracy was combined with an accessible and engaging style that reflected the new brand character.
