Does your organisation qualify for the Google Ad Grant?

The Google Ad Grant provides qualifying not-for-profit entities with $10,000 of Google Ad credit per month to help their organisation be discovered by people actively searching for relevant and related keywords to their offerings.

The $10,000 monthly credit is broken down into $329 daily amounts, to help organisations spread their spending over the entirety of the month. 

There are a few conditions of the Grant, which are outlined below:

  1. Advertising can only be done through the Google Search Network.
  2. A 5% click through rate must be maintained to continue using Google Ad credit.
  3. Each ad group must have at least two active ads.
  4. Two site link ad extensions must be activated to help your ads stand out and give room for you to explain important information about your offerings.
  5. All ad accounts created from 1 January 2018 need to have conversion tracking implemented.
  6. Bids cannot be manually set above a $2 limit. However, through using the ‘maximise conversions’ bid strategy, Google Ads may place bids above the $2 limit to maximise conversions.
