Laing + Simmons are the leading boutique Real Estate franchise network in NSW with over 56 locations. They are committed to doing things differently, challenging the norm and are always seeking new and innovative ways to deliver a premium range of services to their clients.

Laing + Simmons partnered with us to come up with a range of editable brochures and HTML email templates so their franchises could tailor their marketing to suit each individual buyer. The brochures needed to not only look professional and amazing, but they also wanted some pages to be editable so staff could make minor changes themselves easily. We created a range of brochures and supplied them as editable PDFs. Some sections within the brochure were turned into editable where images and copy could be edited by the client without the design and layout being compromised.

Email marketing is a very important part of Laing and Simmons’ marketing mix and they required a wide range of eDM templates to suit various campaigns that all offices could easily access.
