The Property Council of Australia is the leading advocate for Australia’s largest industry, property. To support their vision of creating prosperity, jobs and thriving communities, the Property Council Academy conducts over one hundred professional development courses annually. In such a diverse and dynamic industry, the program requires frequent updates as well as the regular introduction of new courses.
Each year, course materials are renewed. And each year, our long-standing brief is to develop a fresh, new look that is vibrant and engaging while also complying with the Property Council of Australia’s overall brand strategy. By utilising vivid colours, bold type treatments and a strong emphasis on inspiring and motivational keywords, our latest designs were not only highly individual and impactful, they presented detailed, yet easily accessible, the information in a manner completely aligned with brand guidelines.
The requirements for each campaign are extensive and include course handbooks, flyers, pull-up banners, workbooks, PowerPoint templates and calendars along with magazine ads and digital media.
