AFFORD

The Australian Foundation for Disability (Afford) provides disability support services including; accommodation and housing, community connection, disability support and employment services. The fantastic work Afford does helps people living with disability can live the lives they choose and feel and be connected in their communities. Afford also partner across the sector to ensure the voices of people with disability are heard and valued.

Valuing our experience in Disability Services, Not-for-Profit and Digital Marketing Afford came to Think Creative seeking to partner with a Digital Marketing Agency to strengthen their digital footprint, optimise their existing channels, and deliver effective marketing campaigns. Think Creative were required to work on projects, support BAU requests, deliver effective marketing and engagement campaigns, and establish a reporting framework and cadence.

The project kicked off with a discovery and communications workshop to gain insight and understanding into Afford, its services and previous campaigns. After the discovery we did a deep dive and full digital audit across Afford’s website, SEO, Google Ads and Paid Social accounts, then developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for ongoing digital performance marketing to address their goals. Affords goals are to increase leads and grow the key business service areas, so our strategy included identifying target audiences and the best marketing channels, establishing an effective budget for media spend across channels.

Managing over 60 digital campaigns and 425 ads across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta & LinkedIn to bring in high-intent traffic. Within the 2nd month of managing Afford’s digital marketing campaigns we saw a 24% increase in leads.  The relationship continues today with Think Creative working to support Afford across thier digital marketing activities, developing comprehensive content marketing plans, and creatives to support social campaigns. 

Results

The overall performance of Afford Google, Meta and LinkedIn paid ads exceeds both the predicted benchmarks and the current industry standards within the Healthcare sector.
