Think Creative Agency is a well-established and very successful, Sydney-based Creative and Digital Marketing Agency. We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for a talented social media /Content Manager to join the team. Part-Time or Full-time roles available.

Working closely with the account managers, you will have a high level of autonomy and creative freedom to develop super engaging content and social posts to catapult your client’s social media presence. Being able to write amazing content is vital to this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing content on various social media platforms for your suite of clients, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to convert. We will also upskill you into Paid Social to round out your skills!

Our clients are predominantly B2B so experience developing content for B2B audiences is important.

We are looking for someone who loves what they do, shows initiative, collaborates well within a team and continually brings new ideas to the table.

You will be a part of a very talented and close-knit team of account managers, designers, web developers, content writers, Paid Search Specialists, SEO Specialists, and other digital marketing experts who love what they do.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is required. Paid skills advantageous
  • Worked in a digital marketing agency is preferred but will consider in-house (client-side) social media position.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Ability to write engaging content, blogs and lead magnets
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, formatting, and graphic/video production.
  • Proficient in using Photoshop or Canva
  • Experience creating a regular content publishing schedule across all channels
  • Experience developing relevant content topics to reach target customers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Journalism or related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Must have native level or excellent written and spoken English.
  • Must have the ability to write engaging content including blogs, case studies and content for social.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing amazing content and creative ideas for your social accounts.
  • Developing content calendars and strategies to build you audiences
  • working with the various account managers to develop super awesome content for their campaigns
  • Develop strategies, come up with ideas, develop the creatives, write the copy, posting and if needed, community management.
