Paid Search Specialist

You will be a part of a very talented and close-knit team of account managers, designers, web developers, content writers, Paid Search Specialists, SEO Specialists, and other digital marketing experts who love what they do.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and drive various paid search strategies geared to drive leads and sales for your clients.
  • Plan, build and execute large scale campaigns across multiple clients
  • Experience in onboarding new clients from scratch
  • Write Ad copy, manage the studio to develop creatives and manage end to end campaigns
  • Keep the always-on campaigns running efficiently while constantly identifying opportunities for enhancements
  • Keyword research, campaign management, advanced optimisation strategies
  • Setup conversion tracking
  • Run and optimise paid media campaigns. Specifically Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Running Google Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Optimising e-commerce accounts including marketing automation.
  • Performing Paid Search audits, competitor and marketing analysis.
  • Constantly evolving campaigns and split testing to improve ROI. We are all about performance and delivering results for our clients
  • Write engaging ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports by analysing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators.
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends
  • Track KPIs to evaluate performance and pinpoint issues.

About You

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant and proven paid search experience with Google Ads, Bing and Meta.
  • Experience in managing campaigns from end to end: you will be responsible for overseeing campaigns from their inception to completion. Your ability to develop, execute, and optimize successful campaigns will be critical to your success in this role.
  • Proven track record of delivering great PPC results and can show examples of your successful campaigns
  • Ability to work in a team environment and also on your own, while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English ability
  • Ability to write native level ad copy that will convert (highly regarded)
  • Ideally has strong ecommerce experience.
  • You have a thorough understanding of all the Google tools, can onboard clients, and set up all tracking and conversions in G4, Tag manager etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
