Digital Marketing Director

Think Creative Agency is a well-established and very successful, Sydney-based Creative and Digital Marketing Agency. We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Director looking for a hands on role, to join the team. We have an outstanding team and pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and creative problem-solving. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns across your portfolio of clients, offering your expertise on the development and implementation of campaigns across social, email marketing, display, paid social, paid search, and e-commerce. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of your clients and the success of their campaigns.

You will be a part of a very talented and close-knit team of account managers, designers, web developers, copywriters, Paid Search Specialists, SEO Specialists, and other digital marketing specialists who love what they do.

You are friendly, fun, and well presented with a love and passion for digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media, online competitions, SEO and all paid channels
  • Create and execute content calendars and engaging social media campaigns
  • Deliver digital campaigns that excite your clients’ customers and lead to online conversions.
  • Paid Search: Management and optimisation of Google Ads + Microsoft Ads,
  • Paid Social – Management and optimisation Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn ads
  • Manage SEO retainers for your clients
  • Drive growth for your clients
  • Regular WIP meetings with your clients – gathering data from the digital team and all your digital channels to present your results to your clients
  • Research and develop engaging content for organic social campaigns, eDMs, lead magnets etc

What we need:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in digital marketing campaign planning and implementation
  • Proven experience with paid social and organic social – min 3 years hands on experience
  • Proven experience with Google Ads – min 3 years hands on experience
  • Project and client management experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to write engaging content for your ads and social posts
  • Proven experience with SEO
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency/prioritisation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

This role requires you to be experienced, dedicated, and have a very good understanding of the latest digital marketing techniques.
